Who we are
PROXILABZ is an online storefront operating at proxilabz.com, based in Washington State, USA. We sell research-use-only (RUO) compounds. If you have questions about this policy, email us at hello@proxilabz.com.
What we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Account & order data — name, email address, shipping address, and order history when you place an order or create an account.
- Email capture — if you join our waitlist or early-access list, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.
- Usage data — pages visited, referrer, device type, and browser via analytics tools (see Cookies section below).
- Communications — if you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence.
We do not collect payment card data directly. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor(s); their privacy policies govern that data.
How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies & analytics

Third-party services
We use third-party services to operate the site. These include hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics infrastructure. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.
Data retention
We retain order data as long as necessary for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (typically 7 years in Washington State). Email list entries are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per the third-party provider’s default retention schedule.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@proxilabz.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.
Children
This site is for users 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
