Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from proxilabz.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PROXILABZ, a Washington State business entity.

2. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by PROXILABZ are strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, clinical application, or personal supplementation of any kind.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of one.
  • You will use the products solely for in-vitro or in-vivo laboratory research conducted in accordance with all applicable laws.
  • You will not resell, repackage, or reformulate products for human use.
  • You understand that these compounds have not been evaluated by the FDA or equivalent regulatory body for safety or efficacy in humans.

3. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. By proceeding past the age-verification gate and/or placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. PROXILABZ reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of being placed by a minor.

4. No medical claims

Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. PROXILABZ makes no claims regarding the efficacy, safety, or suitability of any compound for any specific research purpose or human condition. Consult qualified medical and scientific professionals for research guidance.

5. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order at the prices in effect when the order is placed.

6. Returns & refunds

Our return policy is as follows:

  • 7 days from delivery for unopened, undamaged product — no questions asked.
  • 14 days from delivery if the issue is on our end: purity deviation from COA, broken vial or packaging, or incorrect item shipped.

To initiate a return, email hello@proxilabz.com with your order number and the reason. Opened product is non-returnable except in the case of a documented quality issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Cold-pack and appropriate packaging are included. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handoff to the carrier.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, and branding — is the property of PROXILABZ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Affiliate program

Participation in the PROXILABZ affiliate program is subject to separate affiliate agreement terms provided upon acceptance. Affiliates must disclose their relationship with PROXILABZ per FTC guidelines whenever promoting our products. PROXILABZ reserves the right to terminate affiliate relationships at any time for non-compliance with our program terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROXILABZ and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PROXILABZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules in King County, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or class-action proceedings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
